TOPIC: OVERCOMING FEAR (Part 5)

Text: “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10, NLT.

Like many other things, Christ has given us victory over fear.

As we engage God’s word, we will start and continue to walk in the experiences of everything Christ has worked out.

We are not trying to do anything new; neither are we trying to fight to win any battle. Christ has done it all; he has settled it all.

When we pray, we are not trying to fight for victory; we are declaring our faith and aligning ourselves with what Jesus has already done for us. We are insisting on what Jesus has done and we are exercising the authority he has given us over all the works of the enemy.

Here is God’s word to you today, don’t allow fear to control you, don’t allow fear to stop you, and don’t allow the enemy to use the voice of fear to oppress you.

Dear friend, fear does not agree with the word of God, and fear aims to make you doubt the word and presence of God. Fear wants you to doubt the protection and provisions of God.

God is saying to you today, rebuke and reject the voice of fear. Refuse to obey the voice of fear. Consciously agree with and insist on God’s word concerning your life.
