Today’s Word: OVERCOMING NEGATIVE INFLUENCES (Part 1)
Today’s Bible Reference: Proverbs 23:17 (AMP)— “Do not let your heart envy sinners… But live in the fear of the Lord, day by day.”
It’s tempting to admire those who seem to succeed through immoral means. We see the wicked celebrated, and sometimes it feels like their way is the winning way. But remember, God understands your desires and assures you that He will come through for you.
Don’t envy the blessings of those who reject God. They should not be your standard or focus. No matter what an unbeliever has or showcases, God has better for you. Besides, it is unwise to live in competition with an unbeliever, or else you will bow to compromise.
Dear friend, every day, consciously choose what God has for you. Declare that what God has for you is the best you need.
