Today’s Word: OVERCOMING NEGATIVE INFLUENCES (Part 6)
Today’s Bible Conference: 1 Thessalonians 5:22 (ICB)—“And stay away from anything evil.”
Life presents us with choices every day; we must be careful to trade wisely. Every day of our lives, we are constantly making exchanges, whether it’s our time, skills, or decisions.
As Christians, we must be careful that we are not trading anything for the fear of God. We must ensure that we never compromise our relationship with God for anything. The devil will offer you things that seem attractive, but remember, his gifts are always tainted.
Remind yourself daily that whatever God does not give you is not right for you. Any proposal or offer that disrespects the fear of the Lord is not good for you.
Remind yourself today and every day that it is the blessing of the Lord who makes one rich without adding sorrow (Proverbs 10:22). May God’s Word continue to guide you to victory in Jesus’ name.
