Topic: Practice God’s Presence

Text: “But Moses answered, do not be afraid! Stand still and see the Lord save you today. You will never see these Egyptians again after today.” – Exodus 14: 13.

According to the scriptures, we learn that the Egyptians pursued Israel from behind as they escaped from Egypt and were faced with the Red Sea ahead of them. In the midst of this, Moses remembered that God promised to be with them every step of the way. This was his confidence.

In the face of adversity, Moses boasted about God’s power and boldly declared God’s help.

Dear friend, God is with you, but when you declare God’s power, you activate the feeling of his presence.

In times when you feel like God is not there, make declarations based on the promises of God’s word and speak in faith what you want to see. 

Praise makes us conscious of God’s presence, especially when we cannot feel it around us.

Boasting about God is a form of praise.

Today’s Task:

List four things that you are confident God will do for you. 

Wisdom Push:

God is ever-present, but as we recognise him, we will feel his presence more in our lives.

In the name of Jesus, I declare that the Lord is my helper, strength, wisdom, and protector. Hallelujah!
