Topic: DEFENDED, PROTECTED AND SECURED (Part 4)

Bible Text: “If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home.” – Psalms 91:9-10, NLT.

Let us consider a bible account of God’s protection of his people. In Numbers 22, the king of Moab, Balak, hired the soothsayer Balaam. He was hired to curse God’s children. Balak believed that it would become easy for Moab to conquer Israel if he cursed Israel. Although Moses and the elders of Israel were unaware of these evil plans, the God who protects us never sleeps or slumbers. God is always aware, and he is always ahead. God took control every time Balaam opened his mouth to curse Israel. Only blessings were permitted to come out of his mouth.

Friends, God has control over everything and can turn the plan of the enemy into a blessing. Therefore, do not let the threat of the enemy frighten you. God is with you, and you are always protected.

1. Believe that God will make everything work out in your favour.
2. The blessing of God is more important and powerful than the curse of the enemy.

TODAY’S PRAYER

In the name of Jesus, all through this week, I decree, and I declare that anyone connected to me that has been appointed for death is preserved and protected.
