Today’s topic: PUT GOD FIRST (Part 2)

Bible Text: “Jesus answered, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind.” – Matthew 22:37, ICB.

A necessary counsel we learn from the teachings of Jesus is that we must not be obsessed with or pursue things in the same manner as unbelievers, and we must not remove the fear of God from anything we do. We must be in tune with the Holy Spirit to recognize when a desire or an approach contradicts the Word of God.

Putting God first is a sure way to achieve influence. This is because if you put God first in everything, you will not come last in anything. Putting God first means allowing His words and ways to guide you. As you put God first, you will always know what He wants and walk in victory.

WISDOM PUSH:

1. Before committing to anything, seek to understand God’s will.
2. Recognize that God’s will can be found in His Word.
3. Understand that being in God’s plan is the safest place.
