Today’s topic: PUT GOD FIRST (Part 5)
Bible Text: These people honour me only with their words, for their hearts are so distant from me.” – Matthew 15:8, TPT.
When putting God first, we are to honour God and not treat our desires like mini gods. When God is first, he takes care of us and gives us the strength to succeed. This is because so many of our problems get solved effortlessly when God is given the right place in our lives.
Take out time to reconsider your devotion to God. Commitment comes in degrees, and devotion comes in levels. We must consciously increase our commitment to God. We must have a heart that burns for God and his will. The fruits of our lives reveal how we prioritize God in our lives.

In the name of Jesus, I declare that from today, I have stepped into a new consciousness of placing God above everything else.
