Today’s Word: Receive His Peace (Part 2)

Today’s Bible Reference: Philippians 4:6, TPT – “Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell him every detail of your life.”

 

Choose to trust God in every situation and be still, knowing that He is God. The enemy thrives in chaos; it is easy to make mistakes when your heart is not at peace. 

The enemy knows that a calm and peaceful mind, focused on God, can overcome any challenge; therefore, he presents suggestions and offers distorted perspectives that cause us to lose our peace and become unable to trust God.

Refuse to fall for the enemy’s lies; no situation is hopeless. Jesus said in the book of John 16:33b that ‘In this world you will have tribulations. But take courage, I have overcome the world. 

Step out today with calm and courage, knowing that God is in charge; all things will work for your good. Your day is blessed, receive his peace.
