Today’s Word: Receive His Peace (Part 3)
Today’s Bible Reference: 2 Peter 1:2, Berean Standard Bible – “Grace and peace be multiplied to you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.”
To know God is to know peace. The Bible says in Isaiah 26:3 that God will keep in perfect peace the person whose mind is stayed on Him, that is, thinking on God’s Word and His acts.
The more we fill our minds with God’s Word by studying and memorising scriptures from the Bible, the more empowered we are to enjoy God’s peace in every situation.
This book of the law should not depart from our mouths -or our heads, by thinking of God’s Word and focusing on God, we grow in his peace. The more we pursue knowledge of God, the more we can trust him to handle every situation we face.
