Today’s topic: Results by the Spirit (Part 1)

Bible Text: “Then he told me, “This is the message from the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘You will not succeed by your strength or by your power. The power will come from my Spirit,’ says the Lord of heaven’s armies.” – Zechariah 4:6, ICB

There is what is attainable through human effort. Some things can be determined by human intelligence. There is what human strategy is capable of achieving. This is why unbelievers can achieve some material success despite not valuing God’s presence or certain kingdom disciplines.

However, there are desired outcomes that will happen only through the involvement and the prevailing power of the spirit of God. God has saved us to function in this reality. This is the advantage we have through Christ. As Christians, we are called to a higher life. Therefore, we must be unsatisfied until we live in God’s reality for us.

WISDOM PUSH:

1. Believe that you were saved to reveal God’s glory.
2. Recognize your limitations and God’s Almightiness.
3. Seek God’s empowerment in everything you do each day.

In the name of Jesus, I decree that the grace of God flows into every area of my life.
