Today’s Word: SECURED IN GOD (PART 4)
Today’s Bible Reference: Psalms 91:9-10, NLT – “If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home.”
In Numbers 22, we encounter the story of how God protected His people. King Balak of Moab hired the soothsayer Balaam to curse the Israelites, believing that a curse would make it easier for Moab to conquer Israel.
Unaware of these evil plans, Moses and the elders of Israel were in the dark, but our God never slumbers. He is always awake and alert to protect His people. Every time Balaam tried to curse Israel, God ensured that only blessings flowed from his mouth.
This story serves as a powerful reminder that God is in control of every situation. He can turn the enemy’s plan into a blessing.
Dear friend, no matter the threats or storms around you, remember that God is with you, and His protection surrounds you.
