TOPIC: SEEK TO KNOW HIM (Part 5)
Text: “He brings all of his sheep out. Then he goes ahead of them and leads them. They follow him because they know his voice.” -John 10:4, ICB.
Our level of spiritual authority continues to rise as we listen to God and know him better. God’s word reveals to us in Psalms 81:13 that God wants us to know him. He said, “Oh, that my people would listen to me”.
As you read Psalms 81 further, you will observe the blessing of listening to God. God says, “I will quickly subdue and humble your enemies and turn my hand against your adversaries.” Furthermore, in Psalms 81:16, the Lord says, “I will feed my people with the finest of the wheat, and with honey from the rock I will satisfy you.” All these blessings are outcomes of knowing God and listening to him.
Dear friend, you will never lose out on anything if you prioritize the voice of God. The voice of God is a guarantee for victory and honourable living.
