Today’s Word: Speaking the right words to yourself (Part 2)
Text: Proverbs 18:21, NIV – “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”
It is so beautiful to be assured from God’s word that we can invite good things to our lives through our words.
This is one of the reasons why you cannot continue to speak of failure and expect success to be the outcome of your efforts. You cannot keep speaking hopelessness and expect things to turn out differently for you.
Lots of things will happen in our lives based on the direction of our words to ourselves. There are words that strengthen and awaken hope and faith, and there are words that also achieve the opposite.
Dear friend, every day, become very intentional about your words, and you will be proud of the direction your life takes from now.
