TOPIC: SPIRIT PRODUCTION (Part 2)

Text: “Our sinful selves want what is against the spirit. The spirit wants what is against our sinful selves. The two are against each other. So you must not just do as you please.”- Galatians 5:17, ICB.

There are desires of the flesh and there are desires of the spirit. One seeks to glorify God, and the other seeks to glorify self.

The more we engage in spiritual activities, such as prayer, Bible study, worship and thanksgiving, the more powerful our spirit becomes.

The more we continue in our daily lives without consciously feeding our spirit, the more in the flesh we become; we become slaves to our flesh.

It is important more than ever to feed and sharpen our spirit man, as the wickedness and moral decay in the world is increasing.

If you feel spiritually weak and tired, take a few days for a fast to consciously spend time in the Word of God and prayer.

We are empowered and emboldened in the spirit and by the spirit as we spend time with the Lord. 

There is little the spirit of God can do through us and in us when our spirit is weak.

Receive grace and strength in your spirit today!

When was the last time you told someone about Jesus? Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to someone who needs him.

The spirit and the flesh are at war; the side you feed the most wins.
