TOPIC: SPOKEN WORD (Part 1)

TEXT: “So shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me void. But it shall accomplish what I please…” – Isaiah 55:11.

God’s word will accomplish his purpose. It will enforce God’s will. The power of God’s spoken word causes the incredible to happen; sickness and affliction bow to it, demons obey, and so many other awesome things occur as a result of the power of the spoken word. 

There is so much power in the spoken word of God that when Jesus Christ was tempted in the desert, he didn’t tell the devil to leave him alone. Instead, every time the devil attacked, the Lord Jesus answered with scripture, and Satan left him alone. (Luke 4:4, Luke 4:13).

We also learn in Genesis 1:2 that God said, “Let there be light,” and it happened. Aside from the manifestation of light, the spoken word brought about many other manifestations.

Regardless of the situation, speak God’s word, rebuke the devil, reject the unfavourable situation, declare your expectation, and you will testify to God’s power through the spoken word.

As we speak the word of faith, we activate answers and mighty manifestations of power.

In the name of Jesus, I declare that I speak God’s word with power, and it is working miracles in my life.
