Today’s Word: START RIGHT (Part 2)

Today’s Bible Reference: Psalms 119:105, NLT— “Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.”

It’s a new season, and God is committed to bringing us into new, glorious experiences each day. However, we must align ourselves with him to experience all he has for us.

One way we can align ourselves with God to make the most of the new season is to prioritize our spiritual health. Everything in your life will feed from your spiritual health. 

While it is important to examine other areas of your life for improvement in the new season, you must give more importance to your spiritual growth.

Here is what to do: Establish a non-negotiable time each day for fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit, reading, and meditating on the Word. Make it a habit before reaching for your phone or social media. Before you reach out to anyone, ensure you first hear from God each day.

This year, ensure you are consistent with your Bible plan for the year. Each day and week, focus on a specific book or subject, and ensure consistency.

As you keep spending quality time with God each day, you will keep rising in wisdom for living. As today’s Bible reference tells us, the word of God will serve as a lamp for your feet and a light for your way.”

I am praying for you that you will enjoy grace for consistency in fellowship and in your study of God’s word in Jesus’ name.
