TOPIC: STAY ON COURSE (PART 7)

Text: “…Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.” – Habakkuk 2:3

 

To stay on track in our pursuit of the right thing, we must cultivate the discipline and wisdom of remaining inspired. We must deliberately keep exposing our minds to what inspires and nourishes our passion.

As Christians, we recognize that committing to daily fellowship with the Lord helps to keep us hopeful, strengthened, and spiritually revived. This is one discipline that we must maintain on a daily basis.

In addition, you must be clear about your goals in life (or for a season). Proper definition provides inspiration. So, to avoid getting lost or losing momentum, you must be clear about where you are going and what your goal is.

In Habakkuk 2:2, the word of God counsels us to write the vision and make it plain so that anyone who reads it will run. Clarity helps to sustain momentum.

Do not just go through life hoping or settling for whatever comes your way; instead, be intentional about where you direct your energy and focus, and you will be grateful to God for the amazing things he will do in your life due to your proper definition and clarity.

Take some time to reflect on 2 Timothy 2:1.
