TOPIC: STAY ON COURSE (PART 8)

Text: “Do not be anxious or worried about anything…” – Philippians 4:6, AMP.

 

Worry steals joy, and productivity and fruitful living become almost impossible when joy is lost.

Whatever way you look at it, you’re making good progress every day. But the devil wants you to have doubts. He wants you to believe that ‘slow progress’ means ‘no progress.’

God wants you to stop worrying about things that seem to take forever and instead focus on the fact that His promises do not lie.

Many times, the things we seek to achieve or overcome may not happen when and how we desire. It is important to understand that ‘not now’ does not mean ‘never’. The fact that something is delayed does not mean it is impossible or it will never happen.

Too often, many people adjust their dreams and expectations when certain things take time. But, this is not the way of high-achievers and kingdom pace setters.

We must run our race with patience and sustain joy in the Lord as we keep our thoughts fixed on what he has for us. What He has said concerning us must surely come to pass.

The Lord wants us to remember that “not now” does not mean “never”. You must accept that whatever is being delayed is being perfected.

Stay on course, remain in the pursuit, and maintain your joy, and God will give you far more than you expected.

Identify the top three things you are worried about and pray about them.
