Today’s Word: STAY ON TRACK: Winning Over Distractions (Part 1)

Bible Reference: Daniel 1:8, ERV – “Daniel did not want to eat the king’s rich food and wine because it would make him unclean…”

Daniel enjoyed incredible relevance in Babylon because of his discipline against distractions.

Anyone who can discipline themselves to win over distractions will rise to enviable heights. Nations, organizations, families, teams, and individuals have initiated their limitations because they fell at the feet of distractions. Distractions are diversions.

Once your assignment, vision, purpose, and goals are clear to you, you need to be aware of distractions to these things.

There are various forms of distractions you must be aware of, namely, distractions of the mind, distractions of purpose, distractions of priorities, and distractions of time. You must be alert to these and refuse for your time, strength, and life to be wasted or limited because of distractions.

Today’s Prophetic Declaration:

In the name of Jesus, I declare upon my life, I will fulfill my purpose, and I will put God first in all that I do.
