Topic: STRENGTH IN GOD (Part 2)
Text: “But God’s grace has made me what I am. And his grace to me was not wasted. I worked harder than all the other apostles. (But I was not really the one working. It was God’s grace that was with me.)” -1 Corinthians 15:10, ICB.
The grace of God is God’s empowerment to do his will. For everything the Lord wants us to do, the divine ability is resident in him. Many people desire to do the will of God, but they are always struggling and failing because they are trying to do it in the flesh. You need God’s ability to do God’s will. Only by the grace of God can we become what God desires for us, and only by his grace can we fulfil our callings and purpose. Apostle Paul testified in 1 Corinthians 15:10, “I am who I am by the grace of God.”
Dear friend, for us to do God’s will and to function in everything he desires for us, we need more than human strategies and decisions; we need the grace of God. The grace of God is an overpowering, empowering, and strengthening force. It is God’s supply of strength to function in and to fulfil what God expects of you.
I pray for you today in the name of Jesus; wherever you feel weak or powerless, may God’s grace flow into that area today. I pray that you will begin to walk in the exploits of God’s grace from today.
