Today’s Word: STRENGTHENED FOR OBEDIENCE (Part 2)
Today’s Bible Reference: “We fight with weapons that are different from those the world uses. Our weapons have power from God…” – 2 Corinthians 10:4, ICB.
While many desire to experience new seasons, there are certain strongholds that keep people bound to certain ugly experiences such that there is resistance to growth, progress and change in that area. It can be a challenge in the way of thinking, an attachment to old experiences, and even forces they can’t seem to understand.
According to today’s bible text, we have weapons through which we fight; we have the word of God and prayer. How we engage them is critical to experiencing new seasons.
In this new season, our devotion to both must increase – devotion to the word and prayer.
We must consciously address by the word and prayer anything resisting any form of growth in our lives. The word works. Prayer works.
Today’s Prophetic Declaration:
In the name of Jesus, I declare that from today, the Lord begins a new work in my life.
