Today’s Word: SUBMITTING TO GOD: THE KEY TO DEVELOPING A GODLY CHARACTER (Part 1)
Today’s Bible Reference: Proverbs 28:18, ICB—”Innocent people will be kept safe. But those who are dishonest will suddenly be ruined.”
Character is the foundation of a lasting destiny. Your character, to a large extent, will determine how far and how high you will go in life. Many lose opportunities, relationships, and their future because of poor character.
As followers of the Lord Jesus, our lives should exemplify godly values. It is important that the Word of God truly transforms our character and we reflect the image of God to everyone.
When people come close and see in us the fruit of the Spirit, it draws them to the Lord. It is your character that makes your Christianity attractive to others.
I am praying for you. May the glory of God keep being revealed through your life in Jesus’ name.
