Today’s Word: SUBMITTING TO GOD: THE KEY TO DEVELOPING A GODLY CHARACTER (Part 11)
Today’s Bible Reference: Proverbs 11:3, ICB—”Good people are guided by honesty. But dishonesty will destroy those who are not trustworthy.”
Moral compromise opens the door to various forms of limitations. Numbers 22-25 teaches that Israel was invincible against external curses but fell due to internal weaknesses. Similarly, character flaws can achieve what external opposition cannot.
Daily submission to God’s refining power protects us. By inviting the Holy Spirit to work in our lives, we safeguard ourselves from vulnerabilities and honour God in all we do.
There is security in integrity. There is prosperity in posterity.
Dear friend, refuse to live a godly life depending on your strength and strategies; consciously lean on the Holy Spirit by asking for his help daily to grow in all aspects.
I declare God’s help for you today in Jesus’ name.
