Today’s Word: SUBMITTING TO GOD: THE KEY TO DEVELOPING A GODLY CHARACTER (Part 9)

Today’s Bible Reference: 1 Thessalonians 4:1 ICB:“Brothers, now I have some other things to tell you. We taught you how to live in a way that will please God. And you are living that way. Now we ask you and encourage you in the Lord Jesus to live that way more and more.” 

Faithfulness in little things paves the way for greater responsibilities. Jesus taught in Luke 16:10 that integrity in small matters leads to larger blessings. As believers, our character must align with the future we envision. Without it, progress may stall.

Challenges are opportunities for God to refine us. Through submission to His guidance, we develop Christlike character, transforming our lives and enabling us to fulfill His purpose.

Refuse to handle responsibilities carelessly, even if you may not be rewarded or recognized for it. Every responsibility you are given is a test; how you handle it will determine if you are promoted in the ladder of destiny or if you will be stagnated in the future.

I pray that the spirit of diligence will rest on you, and may you break through limitations in all you do in Jesus’ name.

Lord Jesus, today, I receive grace to be faithful in everything committed to my hands.
