TOPIC: SURRENDER TO GOD (Part 1)
BIBLE TEXT: “Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” – JAMES 4:7.

Today, we are witnessing the fulfilment of 2 Timothy 3. We are in perilous times when the love for God in the heart of many people has gone cold. People’s hearts have become increasingly darkened and depraved. We live in a time when people do things without regard for God. Leaders are stealing from their followers and abusing their positions of power. All kinds of evil happen all around us, but we are called to be the light of the world so that others can see our good works and understand that it pays to live in the fear of God.

The big question is, how are we going to show forth the praise of our God in this dark world? First, we must truly surrender to God to show forth his glory. We submit to His authority in all things, humble ourselves before Him and allow Him to work His will in us. Every day, we must make this commitment.

WISDOM PUSH

1. Live with an understanding of the times you are in.
2. Do not imitate improper and ungodly conduct, regardless of who engages in it.
3. You must not be ashamed to stand for Jesus anywhere.

TODAY’S PRAYER

Lord Jesus, today I receive grace to stand firm in the truth without wavering or compromising.
