TOPIC: THE ALMIGHTY GOD (PART 11)

Text: “… the LORD restored his fortunes. In fact, the LORD gave him twice as much as before!” Job 42:10b (NLT)

It is always uplifting to hear stories of restoration. No matter how many times it is said, it has a different effect each time.

Today’s Bible passage reminds us of Job’s testimony and how God restored him. God’s word tells us in Job 42:10b that “…the LORD restored his fortunes. In fact, the LORD gave him twice as much as before!”

The Lord Almighty granted Job a double portion of all he had lost, restored his marriage, gave him a new family, and allowed him to live happily until he was old.

This is another reminder that our God is all-powerful and can restore anything. He is the Redeemer. We can trust Him with anything.

Maybe you look at your life, and it seems like years have been wasted; as you delight in the Lord and keep your heart centred on Jesus Christ, God says He will bring good things to your life such that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s (Psalms 103:5).

Whether our hearts, finances, relationships or lives need healing and restoration, God has the power and desire to heal and restore.

Dear friend, never give up on God’s promise and His love. God’s restoration will always begin when we completely surrender to Him.

TODAY’S TASK:

Take some time to meditate on Isaiah 40:31.

WISDOM PUSH

Our total surrender and faithfulness will always open the door for God’s restoration to begin.

TODAY’S DECLARATION:

In the name of Jesus, I declare this a season of supernatural restoration in my life.
