Topic: THE DANGER OF PRAYERLESSNESS (Part 6)

Text: “But Jesus replied, “It is written and forever remains written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God.’”

Knowing God’s word helps you to pray effectively. According to Isaiah 43:26, God asks us to remind Him of His word when we pray. He delights in His word. Indeed, God’s word is His language.

When we use God’s word in prayer, He hears us. And one key advantage of praying God’s word is that He also uses His word to speak to us. 

As we pray with the word of God, our interest and appetite for God’s word keep increasing.

A significant effect of prayerlessness is that it weakens your appetite for the word. There is no way you are praying effectively, and your appetite for the word will not keep rising.

Dear friend, maintain consistency in your prayer life using the word of God, and you will keep increasing in wisdom, discernment, and power.
