Topic: THE DANGERS OF PRAYERLESSNESS (Part 1)

Text: “Now Jesus was telling the disciples a parable to make the point that at all times they ought to pray and not give up and lose heart.” – Luke 18:1, AMP.

More than once in the scriptures, we are admonished to maintain a life of prayer.  God’s word tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, ICB, “Never stop praying”. Yes, never stop praying. We are to maintain activeness in our prayer life. 

Prayer is crucial to the supernatural life we have been saved to live.

When we refuse to maintain consistency in our prayer life, there are certain areas we will undoubtedly face struggles in. One area will be with unbelief.

A person who lacks a prayer life will struggle with faith. Such a person will have a challenge believing what God is saying and taking action in faith.

So, one of the benefits of having a consistent prayer life is that our faith is strengthened. When our faith is strengthened, we are able to take steps of faith and also trust God for anything.

Dear friends, God is calling us today to become consistent with our prayer life.

Take at least sixty seconds to thank God for everything that has happened this year.

A life of prayer is non-negotiable to the supernatural life we have been saved to manifest.
