Topic: THE MYSTERY OF HELP (Part 1)

Bible Text: “Give us help against the adversary, for deliverance by man is in vain [a

worthless hope]. With God we will do valiantly, for it is He who will trample down our enemies.” – Psalms 108:11-12, AMP

One of the most important prayers to pray daily is a prayer for help. This is a crucial prayer every Christian must pray daily. However, before asking, we must also learn to thank God for the help so far received. Our expression of gratitude always positions us for more. Therefore, we must sustain the discipline of expressing appreciation to God and the human channels he uses to help us.

One of the most glorious experiences as a Christian is to enjoy help and helpers. It is a promise in God that every believer must expect and experience (Isaiah 41:10-13). The help of God is real. God gives help; he communicates his help to us in areas we are lacking, weak, disadvantaged and in need of support. This is why I believe being without help is a spiritual attack. It is not good to be struggling all by yourself with no sign of help or helpers. There must be a visible advantage in this area that you are a child of God. As a child of God, you must believe in his help and ask for it in any area you desire.
