Today’s Word: The Old and the New (Part 12)

Bible Reference: 1 Kings 13:1-30.

According to our bible reference, we learn that the old prophet’s desire to mislead the young prophet succeeded. The young prophet allowed his innocence to be exploited by someone who seemed to know ‘all the right words’ to say.

Many times, the enemy will use someone close to distract and derail us.

It is hard to identify and reject the distraction and destruction that comes through voices we honor. This is another reason you must exalt the leading of the Spirit above all else. This will save you and help you from what should have limited and destroyed you.

Today’s Prophetic Declaration:

In the name of Jesus, today I receive afresh the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
