TOPIC: THE PRAYER ADVANTAGE (Part 3)

Text: “Let us, then, feel free to come before God’s throne. Here, there is grace. And we can receive mercy and grace to help us when we need it.” -Hebrews 4:16, ICB.

As we devote ourselves to prayer, we will come into better versions of ourselves. Everyone who spends time with God experiences improvement.

We must not just see prayer as something we engage in because there is a challenge of difficulty; we must see prayer as a platform for strength and a channel through which the Lord energizes us for his will. Through prayer, our spirit is strengthened, and we rise above the controlling power of our flesh that seeks to take us outside God’s will.

Dear friends, every time we pray, help is released. You may see it manifest physically or not, but this is one guarantee we must have about prayer. God’s word reminds us in Hebrews 4:16 that as we pray, we access grace that helps in times of need.

I encourage you today to embrace this divine advantage called prayer. Discipline yourself to maintain a daily culture and lifestyle of prayer, and it is driven by a desire to know God better every day.
