Topic: THE RIGHT PERSPECTIVE (Part 4)

Text: “As Goliath came near to attack him, David ran to meet him.” – 1 Samuel 17: 48, ICB.

The story of David and Goliath has been told to Christians throughout history, but the lessons remain as relevant as ever.

We learn from the scriptures that the Israelite soldiers saw Goliath as a sure way to their defeat and, most likely, death, but David saw Goliath as an opportunity for greatness. David’s strength was in his perspective, shaped by his knowledge of God.

I ask you today, how do you see this season of your life? How do you see your challenges? Are they an opportunity for promotion or demotion? How you see may determine whether you win or lose.

You must begin to see your challenges and mountains through the eyes of your faith. Remember that God has your back, and you will not lose.

With our God, your victory, restoration and everything good is possible.

Are there people or things in your life that you are grateful for? Make a list and thank God for each of them.

Wisdom Push:

Depending on who is looking at it, a mountain can be an opportunity to see things from a higher perspective or an obstacle to progress.

Today’s Declaration:

In the name of Jesus, as I set out on my day, I receive the wisdom and foresight to handle challenges.
