TOPIC: THE YIELDED IN GOD’S HANDS (Part 2)
Bible Text: “Christ died for all so that those who live would not continue to live for themselves. He died for them and was raised from death so that they would live for him.” – 2 Corinthians 5:15

There is no limit to what God can do in the lives of yielded people. Yielded people genuinely see God as the Lord and Master of their lives. They do not negotiate with the instructions and counsels of God. They understand that God’s will is always the best for them.

We see the testimony of a yielded vessel in Abraham. First, the Lord instructed him to step aside from all he had always known. Then, God told him to leave his father’s house and follow him. Abraham didn’t hesitate; he obeyed the Lord. At another time, the Lord asked him a hard thing. God said he must offer his son as an offering unto the Lord. Again, Abraham didn’t hesitate. He proceeded to obey God. His life moved to another level of glory because of obedience. Abraham had come to a point where he understood God’s love and integrity.

Dear friends, there is so much God can do with us and through us if we trust and yield to him every day. The yielded vessel in the hands of the almighty God will surely live as a wonder amongst men.

WISDOM PUSH

1. Let God have your life; he can do more with it than you can.
2. God will take responsibility for the life fully yielded to him.

Lord, I ask that you help me in any area where I am struggling to submit to you fully.
