Today’s Word: WE ARE NOT OUTNUMBERED (Part 3)

Bible Reference: 2 Kings 6:17, ICB—”Then “Elisha prayed, ‘Lord, open my servant’s eyes. Let him see.”

From our Bible reference, it is interesting to note that after Elisha encouraged his servant that “The army that fights for us is larger than the one against us,” he asked the Lord to open his eyes. 

As we hear God’s word, we need the eyes of our understanding to be opened so that God’s word will indeed be ‘revelation’ and not mere motivation to us.

Until there is personal insight into God’s word, you cannot effectively walk in what you’ve heard. Until your spirit can see what is being communicated to you, your grip on the truth will be weak.

I am praying for you that the Lord is opening your eyes to see and embrace the realities of his power, grace, and provision in Jesus’ name.

Today’s Prophetic Declaration:

I declare that my spiritual understanding is being empowered by the Spirit, and I walk and live by the truth of God’s Word.
