Today’s Word: WHEN GOD CALLS (Part 4)
Today’s Bible Reference: “Look to Abraham, your father… for I called him alone…” – Isaiah 51:2, NKJV.
While we must learn closely from other people’s lives and stories, we must be careful not to lose ourselves in the process. We must know that God deals with us individually, according to his purpose and assignment for our lives.
This understanding is important so you don’t make anyone the ultimate standard and lose track of your destiny and God’s dealings in your life. It is also important to keep this in mind so that you don’t become careless or distracted when you see certain things happening in other people’s lives.
Learn from the lives and stories of people, but keep your eyes on the Lord and your journey. God deals with us individually.
