Topic: Wisdom Wins (Part 19) 

Text: “Solomon showed that he loved the Lord…” – 1 Kings 3:3, ICB

Our love for God deepens our access to the treasures of God. A sure way to grow in supernatural resources is to grow in your love for God. Loving God kills the appetite for sin and compromise and increases our desire to obey and honour God in all things.

While many believers are constantly asking God for tangible and material blessings, it takes concrete love for God to be asking for intangible things. It takes pure love for God to be selfless in prayer.

King Solomon was a man who loved God, and he showed this in the selflessness of his prayer. There were fruits and testimonies that demonstrated his love for God. Our love for God must be proven every day. There must be daily manifestations of how much we love and honour the Lord.

Solomon accessed and grew in such profound wisdom through his love for God. Your love for God needs to be established as you press deep into certain treasures of God.

Nothing can limit your desire for supernatural experiences as you focus on growing your love and honour for the Lord.
